Each day of our lives, we employ different types of communication and communication styles with the people in our households, workplace, communities, faith-based institutions, and in various other settings.  Arguably, there are moments that we do not communicate effectively because the incorrect type of communication or communication style might be used, which negatively impacts the message to the end user.

Given the recent pandemic of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), it is imperative that all of us abide by the Center for Disease Controls (CFC) recommendations. Equally important, is how companies, employers, business sectors, etc. communicate to their customers during these frightening moments.
